Simple Meditation Technique

Do you ever allow yourself to simply sit and stare into a beautiful space?

If you haven't done that lately you own it to yourself to find a quiet space where you can sit and gaze upon nothing in particular.

Perhaps there is simple activity in the space such as bees buzzing from flower to flower; or a gentle breeze blowing the leaves of a tree.

Sitting and staring is a wonderfully easy form of meditation that everyone can learn.

When my clients have a difficult time mediating, I teach them to just sit and stare at a little bit of nature for 1 minute a day. They often report back a week later that they can now spend 10, 20, 30 minutes or more doing the Sit and Stare Meditation.

The Sit and Stare Meditation technique will clear your mind, relax your muscles and recenter your spirit. Give it a try and let me know how you do.
