Here’s the honey put into jars. You can see some crystallization starting on the top.
Crystallization doesn’t affect the taste or nutritional value. Some people don’t like crystallized honey as it doesn’t pour easily, however by putting the honey jar in warm water for a time, the crystals will break down and the honey will be crystal free and easily pour.
These jars will be enough to keep me in honey until this year’s harvest … with some to spare as gifts.
