Beekeeper's Workbench

Needless to say while I was working away cutting comb off top bars, fitting the comb into frames, and fixing them with elastic bands … my hands, tools and workbench became rather sticky with honey.

I got so engrossed in my work I forgot to take progress pictures.

However I did remember to take this picture of my workspace … which is really just a wobbly old raised-bed frame turned on its side, with a cutting board to give me a flat cutting surface.

Beekeeping doesn’t require much in the way of fancy equipment. Often all you need can be found in your kitchen.
